Broken blood vessels on penis from rough masturbation

I have painful blood vessels on my penis and they haven't healed after a year and a half. I was masturbating with a pillow and broke blood vessels. I also stretched my inner foreskin that was left from my circumcision. My penis skin now looks wrinkly, mushy, and its loose instead of tightly rapped around my shaft like before (from my circumcision). I honestly never let it heal completely and the longest i stopped masturbating was about 2 weeks throughout this year and a half since it happened. Im not sure what to do at this point. Ive had depression since this happened and I've thought about killing myself. I ruined the most important part of my manhood because of masturbating with a pillow. I dont think this ever wouldve happened had i been left intact because my glans wouldve been very sensitive when humping a pillow. What should I do, should i see a doctor or just end it?

I provided pictures and the first pic is from a year ago when this happened. I really wish i could take this all back but now i live with bad thoughts forever.

Your skin will heal with rest.

      Life will be good again.

      Use lube at all times.

Maybe buy a Fleshlight to help your decision never to hump a pillow again!

      Good luck to you..

What about the glans? The blood underneath the glans is purple from the vessels taking too much pressure. Will this color fade away. You can see in the pictures it’s permenantly purple and turns red if I’m erect and blood goes to it. Should I not touch it for a month and see if it goes away? Do you think I should see a urologist ?

As far as I can tell the purple colouration is likely to be quite temporary.

If you can abstain from masturbation and intercourse for 3 or 4 weeks I'm pretty sure you will see improvement.

Justin.  This is no reason for ended it.  We all learn from our mistakes.  First I do hope you don't do that any more.  A  few of the pictures don't look to bad.  It looks like you have rug burn.  What you should do is go to the doctor and see if there is a cream that can help you.  You have a long life ahead.  Don't look to the passed look to the future.  Good luck  Ken

The inner skin that was left is permenantly stretched(stretch marks are in the pictures)and it has no collagen or elasticity. It doesn’t feel right at all and it feels very tacky at times to where your finger will stick to it. It’s also puffy from the pressure I put on it and it sags over. Before it was wrapped around my shaft firmly. I can’t believe I did this sad. What I am also worried about is the blood underneath the glans. I think my glans is permenantly purple from the blood underneath the skin. How will I ever get a partner with this disgusting penis.

Believe me, your penis is not at all unusual looking.  I have seen pictures of the 'male manhood' that look like they are an angry-purple colour throughout the glans, permanently.  I know this must be devastating to think you have caused this yourself, however, I am wondering whether you have sought professional medical opinion on this?

I think if you saw a Urologist they would tell you that they deal with far more severely injured penises than you actually have.

You need to work hard to overcome the depression issues you have gotten because of this.  The only way to do that is to see the best specialist there is, and that is a Urologist.  You can access these in two ways, either through your Regular Doctor / a GP / Family Doctor - or directly to a Urologist.  Many General Hospitals have Specialist Units for Sexual Health - these are GUM Clinics in the UK.  If you are in a larger city in the UK, or elsewhere in the world, many have Specialist Sexual Health Services that anyone can refer themselves to - and you simply ask to see a Urologist.  These centers are very used to dealing with people who have caused themselves major problems that are highly embarrassing to the person suffering it, but are everyday events to anyone who regards themselves as a Professional Medic.

What you are likely to be offered is a Steroid Ointment that will help heal the damaged areas of your penis - you will have to use such a medication for a number of months, but eventually your penis will start to look and feel normal again.

The other big favour you need to give yourself, is to stop masturbating for as long as you can.  This will greatly assist the healing process.  Believe me, my penis looked a total mess 7+ years ago due to an incurable skin condition - I had to stop masturbating for 3 months and my penis looked like a young school kid's prior to puberty.  I use a steroid ointment most days and the pleasure sensations I have now are better than when I was a young teenager.

See a Urologist, get the help you need started - the sooner the better this will be for you ......

Thank you for helping me. I plan on stopping masturbating and sex for as long as I can until it heals. I'm going to see a Urologist like you recommended at the start of October once i get insurance. I think I'm going to see a therapist too because learning that I was circumcised as a baby and knowing I will never have a foreskin, plus damaging my penis(all happening at once), I have been somewhat suicidal. Hopefully one day this will just be another thing that I overcame. I'm hoping ill heal and i can start restoring my foreskin because when erect I have no skin movement which is why I caused this with a lot of friction in the first place. Thanks again for helping me, you have given me hope and maybe saved my life as crazy as it sounds.
