Brown spot on penis pic added

 I have a brown dot on penis skin .under head 

its small but when I look it looks different .I scare it's a bad thing .I'm 22 years old .I latley find this .

Any ideas what is it it's like my skin gets brown .

But can it be a serious thing ?

I add pics so you can see it and.

    By adding use like mole or black head .

    But when stretch it it gets lighter in color like ita something under skin .
