    Chest infections and antibiotics

My mum is being investigated for asthma but in short, every single time she gets a cold, it always ends in a chest infection. Her doctor has given her a repeat prescription of antibiotics to take, but I'm wondering if she should take them at the first sign of a cold, in order to boost her system and...

    Has anyone thought of hospitalisation.

I am on day 6 now of cip 10mg and with four boys and work, I just want to run away. This seems really hard to do it, I notice that there are many here that are doing it on there own. Has anyone had hospital treatment. Renee

    Persistent UTI Nitrofurantoin

Two courses of Ciprofloxacin failed to eliminate my problems entirely, so I was prescribed a course of Nitrofurantoin. Chloramphenicol Eye Ointment

This stuff is maddening! It does not apply easily and wither stays stuck to the tube or to the eyelashes. More than once I have lost my tmeper trying to get it into my eye. If offered this again I would request eye drops, much less troublesome and I actually might get to work on time.
