bumps on foreskin

I noticed these little red bumps, but i can’t tell if they’ve grown or not. I don’t know how long I’ve not had them for but should I be concerned?

are you sexually active? hard to say without a picture. depending on their appearance could be many things.
A spot, Folliculitis, inflamed sebaceous gland, wart, molluscum... have a look at these on google and see if any look about right

  I looked at the ones you described and they seem close to the inflamed gland. I’m not sexually active but I master bate a lot, about 3 times a day. I also don’t how to attach an image
