i have these little bumps on the head and shaft of my penis. should i be worried? a doctor told me it was a rash but the probiotics i was prescribed does nothing

Twan, I think you have a mixture of different things going on here, so you need to look at the broadest picture as to what brought this about, and the level of consistency you need to put in place to achieve any thing with this.
Last point first: anything you try will need to be put in place for 3, 4, even 6 months or more before you see any real difference.
You need to consider any sexual activity you have been involved with, certainly from when these first appeared onwards. So, were you sexually active immediately prior to these appearing? Did you always use protection or not?
Essentially, how long has your penis looked like this?
