What are this white bumps on my penis. I notice it 6 months ago. And i have a cbc and urine test last month and it came out to be normal. File size is too big

Post images / photos from a laptop, a PC or a Mac rather than a mobile device ......
When you had the tests did you have the bumps examined, and if so, what was said about them ...... ?

I wonder what age you are? What these could simply be are things that are naturally present on the shaft of the penis. These are most likely Fordyce Spots - bet to get checked anyway as the photo is too indistinct to say for 100% sure ......

I ask because the genitals can continue to develop until the mid-twenties in age - as I say, what you have may just be normal, a Dermatologist can tell you for sure.
