ive had three prior bumps that looked liked this and went away
the third picture where the skin is discolored is where the old bumps were

It could be molluscum contagiosum. Check out the photo bellow. I had the same thing a few years ago and the doctor told me not to worry. Obviously still see a doctor for proper diagnosis. They eventually went away on its own after 6 months.

Hi David,
I agree with jessgarcia. The first two photos show discrete bumps on your skin which are from a viral STD, molluscum contagiosum.
The last photo showing very fine grainy bumps around the circumference of the head of the penis are called coronal papillae. These are NOT an STD, they are just part of your normal genital anatomy.
