BUMPY RED RASH ON VULVA

So I was diagnosed with lichen sclerosus via biopsy a year ago. I have this rash develop once a month or so. It starts off as just a couple of red dots until it spreads to all over my labia. A few of the pimple things have like a pinhead sized white head on them. I have previously been tested for herpes which was negative. It's not itchy and not overly sore. Is this something other LS suffer have? Or might I have something else happening along with the LS?!
