So it started yesterday, my face kind of felt like it was burning and like it was warm but when I touched it, it was normal temp. It just felt like a warmth washed Over my face and neck/shoulders. It seems to come and go. Also it only started yesterday after I googled symptoms rolleyes I know not s good idea, I have been so good recently with staying away from google but couldn't fight the urge! Anyways does any else get this?

I get it from panic and can now feel an attack coming on. It's been trying to get me all day. Ah I hate this

it's funny - i get the exact opposite: a shiver of icy cold washes over me when i panic/get an anxiety shock.

It's weird how anxiety can effect people so differently. Such a horrible feeling though isn't it.

yes - sometimes hard to believe it can cause so many disparate symptoms. i hate my overreaction to it it too, but am learning to live with it. maybe some ice pack on the pack of your neck or a cold washcloth to cool you down? hope you feel better soon!

YEah it is anxiety. I have been there too. Having a very hot fever I was feeling like I was burning inside an oven. It comes and goes. Just give it some times probably 3 months, It is going to fade away. Avoid googling stuffs since it is going to trigger the symptoms. I WILL Go away. Trust me.

Thanks god for this site. I feel Im not alone
