Burning for a year

I was treated for BV and YI a year ago. I never had symptoms of either but tested positive. Ever since then I have experienced burning. I cant pinpoint any real triggers, it just happens when it wants. I only experience burning and to me my V is red/irritated, but Ive been obsessing over this so it could just be in my head. I dont have any other symptoms. Ive tried several YI treatments, boric acid for 7 days and nothing makes it go away. sometimes ill be fine for a week or so and then the burning comes right back. what could it be?
