yes I've experienced all of that too. I get heat rash under my breasts and on my upper body and arms, neck when I had really bad hot flashes and night sweats before. Still get heat rash if it's hot out or I over exert myself. The burning lip was only once and about a day or so. Also had burning tongue once.

Hi shana! yes, sometimes my legs and thighs look flush. I have 2 temperatures. Sweaty cow or freezing cold. The chills are normal after a flash for me...just our body regulating itself. My face will feel red hot...but I never have a temp. Fluctuating hormones affect our bodies internal temp...the hypthamous or something!

My first symptoms were a wave of nausea and sweaty palms and feet. I don't get the nausea anymore, but I still get a wave of anxiety? adrenaline surge? hot flash (that never gets hot)? and the sweaty palms and feet. If I am feeling anxious and wasn't paying attention to whether or not I felt a wave, I check my palms and feet. If they are sweaty, I just try to breath through it because I know it is a wave and will pass. Easier said than done some days....okay, most days!
