i now need to go into the clinic to speak to the doctor. this is causing me to go into a panic attack as im really worried. i did say to the nurse is it anything to be concerned about and she said no its nothing urgent, but with this im thinking she is supposed to say this to make sure patiences dont stress. also they havent booked me in until tomorrow morning?

no need to panic. low folic acid is often due to a diet low in fruits, veges, fortified cereals . they probably want to discuss that and how to resolve the anemia and increase vitamin D. relax it will all be ok!

      hi, ive been

today and they have said that my thyroid levels were slightly high and my esr levels were too. this is stressing me out a little bit as i fear the worst. they are doing another blood test for me in 6 weeks time. im really worried as esr levels can be low due to inflammation anywhere in the bidy.

try to keep your mind from going to all the worst case scenarios.

So many people have some inflammation going on in their bodies. there are many treatable conditions that cause inflammation. living a healthy lifestyle, such as getting exercise, staying hydrated, eating healthy foods, etc. can help to keep the ESR levels in the proper range because all of those things help to decrease, inflammation in the body.
