Hi there. I feel better when I am out shopping!  Good excercise for my poor body. hehe. I was looking for calcium chewables cause I am not a pill taker unless I have to.  I found Caltrate calcium Soft Chews, 600 mg with 800 UI vitamin D.  Wait it's chocolate!!! Tastes like xmas came early. cheesygrin

Plus vitamin D the sunshine vitamin has Lotsa positivity to it and important cause we lack it during the winter.  Well yes it's winter here but good for those heat flashes so not complaining.  💚💜💛

    I take Natecal they are calcium and vit D in one chewable , most important for bone health, first thing my doc insisted on 10 years ago soon as peri began

      Greeting Jay,  I am sooo happy I found them in chewable because you had mentioned it before.  The chocolate flavour is great..  Now I look forward to chewing one biggrin  I take one in the evening away from other vitamins the directions say.

      Hi again Jay, They were on the very bottom shelf out of sight.  I would never have found them til I asked the pharmacist.  Like how can I bend down that far gracefully anyways. cry
