Can a person feel a sudden drop in Seratonin or other happy chemicals?

Hello. first post here.

I wasn’t sure where else to find the information, So I thought I’d see if others have felt the same.

Sometimes as I’m going about my business, and I’m not in a depressive funk, I can literally feel one coming on. It’s as if I can feel my levels drop suddenly. It is short, but a clear moment.

Is this a thing, or am I making it up?

thanks in advance.

I think its a thing. Depression comes suddenly, it comes like thoughts but stays and drags on as a person accepts what the depression is saying. I think when these depressive moods come we should rebuke them and fight back. Doubt your doubts and work for the good things in life.
