I wish I can help you. I have been going through menopause, I am 46 and I have been moody, crying a lot, having a lot of palpitations at night, durring the day and when I am lying down. Then I have a lot of stomach issues besides this.

The only thing I can say is stay positive because you will experince more symptoms as you go into menopause.

Yes we are going to be mooody and cry and feel tired and sick but we just have to stay strong and bear with it.

When you feel yourself crying take a time out and just do it it will make you feel better, and with the fatigue just get plenty of rest, and take vitbs that can help with the fatigue and moods I heard. I can't take vitbs because last time I took it it through me into a bad anxiety attack.

Stay positive and keep me informed on how it goes. Best of luck to you

Hi I am on that HRT too.  It can take up to 3 months for it to work so I believe so give it time.  My moods did improve but my aniety is still a problem so I got a beta blocker to take when I need and it has really helped.  If you are not happy in a few weeks go back to Doc.  The tiredness is not something I have suffered from but look at your diet maybe and consider suplements.  Hope you feel better soon.XXX

I can only tell you what I do.  I eat a low carb high protein diet.  I don't drink tea or coffee or aochol....they wipe me out and give me palpitations.  I avoid all processedfood and keep sugar to a minimum.  I take the following supplements

Magnesium for joints/muscles, nervous system and heart.

      Kelp for skin and hair

      Rose hip for joints

Evening primrose oil for breast tenderness

      Tummeric for inflammation

      jointace for muscle pain

I know others take vits but they don't agree with me.  A good multi vit, Vit B and Vit C meant to be good.

      Good luck

Maybe if you are very tired an Iron supplement??  Maybe discuss that with your Doc first though as Iron can be overdone I think.X
