Can anyone help? I'm desperate!

I'm 31 and am trying to conceive my first child. I have been battling extremely heavy periods (flooding after 20 minutes even with super plus tampons) and chronic back and period pain for the last 3 years. I am literally bedridden for 3 days a month and despite being prescribed very strong painkillers, the pain has got so bad before I've had to go to A&E to have shots of morphine. Despite scans, hormone treatment and an investigative operation, I have been given no real answers. I was told I have 3 fibroids (biggest is around 5cm), endometrial hyperplasia and suspected endometriosis. I have seen numerous doctors and a consultant and because I want to have a baby I've basically been told there is nothing they can do! It's seriously depressing me and affecting my marriage and career. We've been trying for a year and I'm worried that I may not be able to conceive due to these conditions but I have not been told this by any medical practitioner. Does anyone else suffer from all 3 conditions and have any idea what treatments would be relevant to me? I'm desperate and don't want a hysterectomy but fear this may be my only cure. I would just like some answer.

Do something realistic about it ..dont dwell on it. you need answers..
Sorry you are feeling these pains dont take Aspirin based analgesics as they will make you bleed more ..I know the cramps can be awful and the clots I had this... Worse case scenario you may be advised to have an Abdominal Hysterectomy ..get the Ovaries checked before they remove the womb. ..if they are okay ask them to leave them in.. helps with hormones. Healthwise it would be for the best to give you a quality of life.. If you really want a baby then it maybe a surrogate is needed. use your eggs..
Best of luck, let me know what you think?

Im glad your hysterectomy was successful and that you no longer have these hideous symptoms.
Its nice to know i'm not alone on this front. However, I feel more awareness should be made about fibriods as so many women I know have never heard of them yet they are very common.
will contnue to try to remain positive

Depends entirely on your situation and advancement of Symptoms. Good Luck ..look after yourself.. Hope you manage to be successful and become pregnant... If you do rest and strict diet and gentle exercise.. Lots of reading to do.
