Can anyone remember the final straight of perimenopause

Hi ladies
I was wondering if anyone can remember what their symptoms were just before menopause?
I mean in the peri stage just before they felt slightly better?

Hi Michelle
How are you. I would like to know that also.
I think I'm in the last stages of peri.x

Hi Michelle
I'm still here. I've read certain things on the Internet regarding coming to the end of perimenopause a while ago. I've managed to get out every day for the last week and have even managed a mile long run today and yesterday plus a coastal walk yesterday. I'm constantly telling myself 'go along with it'. How are you ?

Hi
Not great right now. The lansaprazole make me feel worse.
I was diagnosed with non ulcer dyspepsia two years ago by gastrointestinal consultant.
Apparently there is no cure it comes and goes.
Feeling so sick right now. Can't eat or function. Only had two periods in the last eight months.
I seem to get bouts of this stomach issue more often than not these days.
Glad your feeling better x

There is no set pattern for changing from perimenopause to menopause is different for everyone, difference in ages n symptoms. What Ive learned is once you go a full 12 months without a period then you're considered to me in menopause. The symptoms can continue from peri into menopause. Some have more severe symptoms while others have less symptoms throughout peri and menopause. The longer we go without a period our hormones change and we stop producing estrogen.

I think everyone is different and the symptoms can for some carry into menopause, I went into surgical menopauae even though I was going through it anyway, so it came on sudden with me, I didn't have many symptoms after apart from hot flushes at first, I atill get allwrgies and ocular migraines and recently the panic and anxiety. Things like nausea seems to have stopped and I don't feel as exhausted as I did in peri. Like I said everyone is different x
