    Yes Michelle, I received your post. I think it has just been a little slow on the forum. I have to say the weather is making people feel a bit drained! I have been suffering from stomach ache all evening, so feel a bit sorry for myself!!

      Hi Michelle, yes I am in the UK. I am feeling pretty tired, and the stomach ache is a problem this evening. It's as if a period is coming on, but I haven't had a period now for over a year. Since starting menopause I have had a range of digestive difficulties. Not sure of others experiences?

      Hi there.

      I had the same problem with the feeling of my period starting but I stopped 3 years ago. But I would say it is like cramp pains below tummy some time from side to side or just I the middle. I went to doc as I had the same feeling about 10 months ago so I have to go for another scan

      Thanks jerry72101. I have a GP appointment booked this week, as I have been worrying about it. In fact the last couple of years have been plagued with health anxieties of one sort or another! At least it's some reassurance that others are experiencing similar things. All the best.

    hi michelle yes i see your posts.  a quiet day maybe.  its the hot weather and apparently a red moon affecting our mood, . i for one and rather snappy and short tempered, along with usual low mood.  i have a period every 3 weeks and am drained.   all the best
