Can cleaning with bleach cause lung cancer?

I've been cleaning with household bleach since I was like 15. I'm 28 now. I clean my bathroom with bleach maybe once or twice every 2 weeks and spend on average of 45 minutes each time I clean.
Sometimes the fumes are so strong, when I'm done I can still smell the fumes in my nostrils, throat and lungs.
I've recently started avoiding using bleach, and if I have to use it, I dilute it.
Silly question but- do you think I've exposed myself to lung cancer from inhaling fumes from the bleach?
My nostrils and trachea are always filled with mucus. And after I'm done eating, I usually have a wet coughthat's really embarrassing.
Note: I do not smoke.

Also, what kind of doctor can I see about my concerns? It's been on my mind lately. Would an ENT be suitable?

There were a few news stories last year about people who clean a lot having more lung problems and being in regular contact with cleaning products is as bad as smoking 10 -20 cigarettes a day. I find I have a lot of reactions to certain cleaning products. I always react to domestos drain unblocker and there is a group of preservatives in a lot of cleaning products which I get breathing problems and skin rashes from. When you use the cleaning product you could try putting an anti pollution or allergy mask on. You can get them from Amazon. Also try getting an eco range of cleaning products, they have much less harmful ingredients.
The kind of specialist that deals with breathing problems would be a respiratory physician or a pulmonologist.
