if so I think it might have gone, I'm at the doctors tomorrow, I don't want to be on tablets, it might be the time to come off or reduce them. I feel so much better.

Once for example a doctor is booked, then the reason to hold U under is gone so I'd hope that you would feel better.
From my experience comming off VenFax cold I'd keep at least a maintenance dose of the meds happening.
Self analysing = don't like what I see maybe? I dont like what i see cause I look at the bad side. My brother doesn't have any depression cause he doesn't overanalyse. Basically he doesn't care what people think. So maybe a diff between depressed and not, is we care about stuff.

I take my medication in the mornings, I'm on the highest dosage. My GP is keeping me on them, and got to go back in four weeks. That's a change from every two weeks since November. She said that I'll have been on that dosage for 6 weeks when I go back, so will see how I am then. I thought I was over it yesterday, maybe is just a downer and not the depression?

One change your name back to Shaz Shaz and two just observe how you are after you have taken your meds in the morning, see if you feel good again during the day and low at night. This could be something simple. And if its not that I am sure some one else ( may be Eli Bird ) can suggest another idea and we can all help each other thru. As Eli say nothing is impossible to sort as long as enough planning and time is given to heal.
