Can I take raspberry ketones with orlistat???

Posted , 3 users are following.

I had my first weigh in today after taking orlistat for almost 4 weeks, I've lost 10lb, which is great but just wondering if I could boost it a little more by taking raspberry ketones as well.

    Hi, and thank you.

    I'm a label reader! I don't buy anything that has more than 5g of fat per 100g of food.

    I don't have more than 1700 cal a day and I drink at least 2L of water a day.

    Hope that helps.xxx

    Ok,

    Breakfast = 30g cereal, 125ml ss milk and 250ml oj

    Snack = sml banana

    Lunch = tuna & cucumber sandwich, grapes, cherry toms and a yoghurt

    Dinner = Caesar salad or rice & chicken or pasta ( just check the labels)

    Dessert = sorbet

    Supper = 5 x choc matchsticks and a small glass of wine

    Don't buy seeded bread as it's really high in fat, drink as much water as you can, at least 2L a day.

    I also have about 4 cups of tea/coffee a day with milk and sugar.

    Stick to the recommended portion sizes.

    Hope this is helpful.
