Can not orgasm during sex

Hi , I am a 39 years old male of Indian origin. Got married 2 years back and want to have kids. Have been trying since then. Got medical check up done for me and wife and everything is fine. I have been single for a long time and have been masturbating a lot all the time. Now I am not able to orgasm while having sex. I have sex for 20-30 min and get tired and after than also I do not come. Hence am a worried. Please suggest

    Stop masturbating so much. Especially if you do it with a dildo or vibrater. No man will be able to satisfy you if you are constantly toying yourself in an unrealistic way. Also try kegels to strengthen your PC muscles. This should help you get tighter. Lastly communicate to the guy how to please you. Maybe you need some oral before.

      he is a guy 😃. bit yes agree on stopping the masturbating and porn and only try sex once a week
