Can somebody please tell me what exactly is this(white spots) ??

sometimes it's itchy and mostly during night . some white spots in Virginia opening. I can't figure it out that exactly it's image

    actually now I don't remember what it was . I guess it was yeast infection minor one. I used to apply coconut oil in the effect area, within 2-3days things are back to normal.
