here are some images im worried i might have something but i camt tell for sure can anybody give me some clarification should i be worried what do i do!!!

the bottom one if a swollen forcyde spot, aka oil gland. apply cortisone cream twice daily for the space of a week, and it will be gone. they usually swell up if you eat a lot of spicy foods of foods that make your skin super oily or greasy, they are a form of penile acne. do not squeeze it, just use the cream to reduce it. hope this helps.
