Hi guys !
I'm new here , 20 years old F student wanted to share what I'm going through lately as I am not sure what that is !
Anyhow ,I suffered from anemia few months ago ,I was studying far home ,And one night I felt I could die ..due to fast heart beats and chest pain , I came back home for 2 months ..and was taking some vitamins till I felt much better ..
These days I tried to went back to school ,By the way I live in a room there alone ...Each time I go there I dont feel any good nor sleeping at night ,I wasnt eating well too and had crazy dreams ,I went to school however And my school director noticed how weak I looked I explained all ,and she said that I couldnt stay there ,got to have company ,I went home again ,which is in another city ,And discussed that with parents ...Whats happening now that Its been a week I'm home and every night having nightmares That driving me mad..I would wake up at 3 am and keep thinking and frightening ,Yesterday I had a nightmare again ,I experienced a neck ,shoulders,stomach and chest pain that I never felt before ,Like it was burning WOW !
After that I sleep when Its day light and still dream about disturbing stuff and dark thoughts ...I spend the day crying and hoping for ease ..And peace ..All I want Is sleeping well and feel the real me ...I need to finish school this year

I really dont know what causes that I hope If someone can advice me or If you experienced the same and got over it ,Please tell me what to do !

Actually I'm surprised but I am going through the same thing. One of the biggest problems I have is my excessive nightmares. I have nightmares almost every night and it makes me anxious the whole rest of the day.
I am still currently working on this. However, I recommend to see a therapist. Ask your doctor to refer you.
I remember a therapist telling me that nightmares are your body and mind trying to cope with the issues you feel are problems in your real life.
I continue to rewire my brain and just stay positive even when I feel like there is no positive. Because there always is.

Yea I will try to see a therapist if that was repeated again ,However I slept yesterday and had no nightmare
I agree with you that nightmares are issues in real life ,Well I am stressed lately thinking too much and things in my life that i am not satisfied about
We should keep positive anyway that's so important no matter what : )
I hope you are overcoming your excessive nightmares and reach peace state !

Actually what I've been doing that helps stay positive is write in a small journal every night. I just write 5 things I am thankful for in-depth. It really puts me in the proper mindset because after all, you can't be fearful and thankful at the same time.
I urge you to do the same. It has really changed the game in my anxiety.

I beleive it will work ! I try also hypnosis for clearing mind from negativity ,They help you to remain calm and reaching peace state = )

Thanks for asking ...I am trying to keep busy and surronding myself with positive people much more than before ...I also try to eat healthy food ..I am trying garlic slices with natural yogurt every morning on an empty stomach And I felt much better!...Some IBS patients suffered from anxiety ,panic attacks and depression ..It worked for them ,That recipe helps to destroy stomach bacteria ..It can cause all these mental and physical pain !
Cabbage juice with water also good
How do you feel in general ? Are you getting better ?

Hi Jamlia! Sorry I tend to go off of these forums once in a while.
Actually you can also take probiotics. It is highly highly recommended to balance out your stomach. Since you suffer from some stomach problems I'm sure it would help a lot.
I am okay. Anxiety is not that bad, but my grandma, who lived with me and raised me my whole life passed away yesterday. But I'm handling it well. Grieving is doing me well.
I actually do feel a lot better. My anxiety isn't through the roof and recently I haven't had it on some days. It is really nice. It truly helps tons to stay positive and it has been doing me well

Thanks ! Actually I visited doctor last week and I found out I'm having Intestinal gases ,I have an appointement again soon.
I'm glad you're feeling better ! Its same with me ! I haven't had it on some days !
I hope it will never come back again ! For you as well ,It feels like you were stuck in a box and came out to see real life ! I'm trying to enjoy and appreciate every moment = )

How has it been with your intestinal issues?
I still strongly urge you to take probiotics. It will definitely help out your stomach on to of what you and your doctor are planning.
