Can't spell with pain in head? Any ideas?

So I was diagnosed with chronic tension-type headaches a few months ago after years of complete agony. I'm also under investigation for chest pains, heart palpitations and tachydardia (I'm on [very]low-dose propranolol). These past few days at work, I work at a computer all day every day, when I get a sharp pain in my head or even a slight headache it seems like I can't really spell. I know it sounds weird, what I mean is that in my head I know how to spell the words but my fingers can't seem to type it out on the computer and it takes me a few times to get it right. I was wondering if anyone else has had this? If so, what was the outcome?

I've had an MRI of my brain a few years ago and it was all clear, so I'm quite confused as to what this could be. I do have a doctors appointment soon so will bring it up then, (but my doctors are usually quite bad and I've gotta do my own research)

Any help would be massively appreciated!
