Can't work out

Hi ladie hope everything is going well for you all just wanted to no if any of you try to exercise and after 5 minutes can catch their breath like they're exhausted and your heart starts racing out of your chest ever since I've been going through this never-ending roller coaster I've gotten so many symptoms I think more than the 66 mentioned in this forum when I feel better I try exercising but I feel exhausted after I try I don't last even 5 minutes I've gained so much weight and it's so frustrating because I want the old me back and it's so hard just wanted to know if anybody is going through this if you are sorry for that it's not easy take care hugs!!!

    hi im the same get tierd and out of breath alot feel real unfit so i went to drs asking for hrt and my blood pressure is high so he said thast why im out of breath and what not so i started at gym asked them to check again and it was still high. so bit scary realy as i eat healthy and walk everyday. im having a blood presure monitor fitted today for 24 hours. anyways i started taking b vitamins and krill oil and pttasium pills. and going gym everyday for an hour the instructor told me to keep my heart rate at 120 so i watch it wile on tred mill and bike and dont let it get higher  he said take it easy.

     my dr wont give me hrt cos of blood presure im feeling the age creeping in and looking more wrinkly and thinning hair lose of libido and sensation and dryness  but no hot flushes but i do sweat more. the tierdness my main problem and like you out of breath just climbing stairs. .
