Can this be herpes? PIC

So ever since I was exposed to herpes 2 years ago and had 4 negative igg and igm test results,ive literally became obsessed with checking myself out down there making sure nothing is strange. Recently Ive noticed a change in my discharge, and thought somehow i have developed a yeast infection. When I check down there I noticed a few bumps. I know I have some textured ridges but its looking like blisters. I don't have any symptoms besides the heavy white discharge. Also I have very dry skin around my vagina.

I need you guys opinion. Does this look like herpes?

    It doesnt look to be herpes. 

    Heavy bacterial infection may be. 

    Herpes is itchy and painful. Herpes blisters are smaller and appear in clusters.

      Yeah, it doesn't hurt or itch. I just ended my period and its still there  with no discomfort. I think I have bv though and ive noticed what appears to be ingrown hairs or razor bumps around my bikini line.

    This is Normal and part of your genital , I have them too. And you said you had your period well the discharge is normal for before and after period. But don’t worry
