can this be penis cancer

I am so worry that i might have penis cancer and only 30 year old . does this look like penis cancer .

    Herman   Sorry your having a problem.  It looks like you have some kind of a rash.  Have you changed soap or laundry detergent.  If it does not go away go see a doctor to give you something for it  Ken

    hi what did the dr say about the little brown spots on your shaft in the other pictures?
