Have it since 2-3 days. Did not have unprotected vaginal/anal sex. Had insertive oral sex without condom 10 days ago.

It doesn't look like herpes and hsv is not solitary. What product do you use to wash your penis? Do you masturbate many times ?

Is it painful. Go see a dermatologist and get a culture for HSV. To me It looks like a scratch or tear.

HSV blood test not accurate for active infections.

      Thanks for your reply.

-I use a common shower gel that I use for the rest of the body.

      • I masturbate 3-4 times a week.
      • It isn't painful

I ll go to a dermatologist for sure, but there's no one where I am located at the moment.

Should I use plaster to cover/protect it?

Just keep the area clean, normally it will go away in a few days.

Avoid using any soap, shampoo or common gel on your penile skin. Just warm water is enough.

It's just a tear, just keep us updated after visiting your dermatologist.

For broken skin like this on the penis I would try dabbing a little pure liquid antiseptic on it that is used for cuts and grazes on the skin. So after you have either washed or showered and fully dried the area apply one little drop directly onto this for 3 or 4 days to see how it reacts .......
