Celexa side effects day 6 feel horrible

So I recently started taking 20mg of Celexa in the mornings and I've been having terrible anxiety shortly after I take it and well into the day. I sleep well but I think that's because I panic most of the day and I'm just worn out by it. I also can't eat anything I have no appetite whatsoever. I also have bouts of diarrhea and I feel sick at my stomach and dry heave through out the day. Is this normal? Will it stop? I don't even know what it feels like to be normal anymore. I'm so tired I can't even get out of bed for longer than an hour every day.

    It could be side effects of the meds sometimes anxiety gets worse before it gets better with meds and alas sometimes meds dont help anxiety at all

    I have been taking zoloft and sometimes i still get a little anxious i also take lorazepam for anxieties maybe you should ask about taking lorazepam with your celexa
