First is that for all the following benefits to be there, TEA is the best. Pills are not recommended for full benefits. Capsules have a bit more, but still limited effect.

PERSONAL NOTE...I wondered why I had not needed to use magnesium spray for cramping muscles as often as usual....because magnesium is here, as well as potassium, and I was drinking a lot. I've backed off because I was toooo relaxed,,,couldn't get off the sofa to do anything.
It is cumulative in the system. When you get too calm, back down on amount of tea. It is considered a sedative.
