can anybody give me advice about changing anti depressants. I have been on citilopram for 10 weeks, 20mg for 5 weeks then 25mg for 5 weeks but still have a lot of anxiety and panic. Should I change meds or increase meds and if so what has worked well for others? I feel so frustrated and want to return to normal activities and work, but at the moment unable to.
