4 weeks, 1 day today (20 mg for anxiety)

Yesterday I took public transportation (subway system) by myself and then walked a mile home from the station. I was a bit anxious, but watched my breathing. I felt a bit spacey too, but I did it.  I did have some anxiety waves last night. The payoff is that I slept well last night. Still woke up early, but was able to doze until about 7 am. This has been unheard of for the last month.

Downside, I feel more spacey this morning. Don’t know if it is related to yesterday or the fact that it is my birthday and I’m all alone. 

So I’m going to go for a walk here shortly before the rain starts, and do my best to manage this day.

    Hi Tracey ... good on you, and well done for getting out there, as you know still early days for you, and you will have up and down days, but keep going, as you will get there..

    And happy birthday chic 🎂 try to have a good one, I’m like you spend my days and birthdays on my own, so good luk and keep us all informed how you get on, big hug for today 🤗x

    Happy Birthday Tracey🎂🎉. 

    Way to go on all you accomplished. 👍  Pat yourself on the back for how you coped yesterday. As Dawn says it an up and down process but you will get there. 

    I just came back from a long walk with my dog. It really helps me to get out and get some exercise. 

    I hope you have a good day and remember you are not alone. You have us.

    I had a good day yesterday too. No anxiety. It has just started again and I am disappointed.

    Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. This site is a life saver for me.

    Spacey feeling hasn’t cleared out today and is triggering anxiety. It is so disappointing when you’ve had a few better days and then have a blip... little one, but still.

      I know exactly what you mean. yesterday was so good. I thought I had turned the corner.  Then today not much anxiety but feel like I have a virus. 

      I think exercise could help, but I just feel too bad to make myself get up. 

      But you’re right , having this site to come to has been so helpful. Hope tomorrow is better .
