Chronic sinusitis for 2 years

two years ago i developed sinusitis.  I have had 4 FESS surgeries.  I currently am on budesinide taken in a nasal wash.  My biggest problem now is the associated cough.  I can deal with rest but this cough is wearing me out.  Wondering how others deal with their cough.

    Which sinuses are effected?

    Do you have a post-nasal drip?

    Are you taking any medicines?

      Hi Ben.  All of my sinuses are affected.  Some to a greater degree than others.  The only medicines i am on are budesinine which i put in a nasal wash.  It is a topical low dose steroid.  When i have a flare up the dr prescribes antibiotic.  I also take over the counter mucus reducing medicine.  Not sure of the efficacy of the over the counter stuff.  I have massive post nasal drip down the back of my throat whenever i have a flareup.  I regularly alternate cold and hot compresses.  I got advice on here to do the nasal wash first thing in the morning. So far today my cough is better but not neccessarily tied to early nose wash.  Thanks for reply.
