I was circumcised yesterday due to health related issues. The upper part looks like its swollen but there is no pain. I have been recommended by my doctor for tomorrow's first dressing. Is this normal??

Hey buddy
I can't say for sure but being that the top has a bandage on it will be smaller then the top staff part. Just fellow what the doctor is telling you. Do you have to have it covered for 4 or 6 weeks. Is that when you have to have the stitches out

It just that the region where local anesthesia was given is swollen and everytime when i get an erection, it pain alot in that swollen area

It may take a little while for that to go away. Remember it is in the artery.
