Citalopram 40mg help please 😊

Been on citaloptam 40mg for a while but I'm finding I'm getting heart flutters /palpitations alot my doctor has said reduce your dose from 40mg to 30mg that will help with palpitations. anyone else had this problem please with palpitations

    hi I dont have palpation s but increased from 20 to 40 3 weeks ago and feel awful. really nauseous n more anxious! I'm wondering if it's normal when you increase? I hope you get sorted out I'm sure it will settle down.

      hello yeah that is complety normal untill your brain gets used to the increased dose again. xx

      I have increased in the past and felt awful for a few weeks but it does get better!!! even though it doesn't feel like it at the time. do you have times during the day weee ure feeling okay? then go back down again. I do all the time morning is horrendous for me xxx

      yes I'm the same! i increased three weeks ago but feel so much worse now than I did at the beginning with the increase. really nauseous n low mood irs awful! thanks again for responding! just need to know it will improve as I dont want to mess about with the dose!
