Citalopram side effects

hi all, i have been on 10mg of citalopram for around 2 weeks side effects are HORRIBLE! i just wondered if anyone else had noticed a difference with their stools?? probably abit tmi but mine have dramtically changed in colour and consistency i think since starting citalopram. my appitite has completely gone which is worrying, i dont even crave food i could easily go days without eating (i dont) as my stomach doesnt even make a noise anymore. im also on 5mg of amitriptyline at nught to help me sleep as the citalopram kept me up. just wondering if anyone else had these type of symtoms and could shed some light as to when it might improve. 😃
