the docs changed me to sertraline which didnt agree wirh me so went back to citalopram for 3 weeks with no change

i am now changed to 75mg Venlafaxine for 1 week

How long do people wait for it to work? i felt fine for a few days rhen felt like a zombie today literally could not do anything (luckily not at work today)

it’s normal to feel weird on those medication‘s. Everybody responds differently to them. Some people do absolutely fine while others, like myself, can’t stand how they make me feel. So some people are able to take them while others don’t do well on them. I never did.

From what I understand, it does take 6 to 8 weeks for them to fully kick in and you may feel strange before that. just be sure to talk to your doctor at some point and hopefully it will be figured out.
