Morning Grace, I have that terrible in my feet, knees, neck and elbows. It seem like when I started using the supplement Chostocondritin ( sorry if that’s misspelled.) Ask your pharmacist if he can recommend any supplement they can help:)

Hi Lisa, thanks for responding . Is that glucosamine / chondroitin or just the chondroitin by itself?

hi Linda, sorry to bother you, I really am having a hard time with different symptoms and its really scary.

you seem to know alot about arthritis, I have been to ER twice in the last week for pain in shoulder blade that runs down to my back and diarrhea, I keep getting told I need to see Rheumatologist which my DR. had already told me that from my last visit, she said my inflammation levels were very high.

I did make the appt. but cant get in till August.my chestbone and left side back is hurting, Im having trouble sleeping, feeling episodes of nausea. I can feel my back crackling when I move in bed.Do you know if thers a supplement I can take to help alleviate pain? I dont like taking Ibuprofen because I read that nsaids will cause more inflammation.I would appreciate any info.

thank you and againnsorry to bother .

I do. It started about 6 months ago--when I roll my shoulders, they make all sorts of odd noises now. My ankles always have when I roll them around, but the clicking/cracking in my shoulder blades is new. It doesn't hurt though, so that's a plus.
