Coffee wreaked havoc on my body. What's wrong and how do I recover?

I drank a coffee yesterday lunch time and a few hours later, some horrible symptoms started progressing, including, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, total inability to concentrate, throat tightness, lost sleep, anxiety, muscle tightness, twitching (especially a lot of blinking, and it feels like my brain is twitching), and diaphragm soreness. It's hard to say how much of these symtoms are secondary/tertiary/interacting with eachother, but I definitely know I've been have huge difficulty breathing, like it's constantly in manual mode, and deep eye/brain twitching. It's quite extreme and ongoing. Meditation and focusing on just getting air in my lungs for an extended period seems to help.

What on earth is going on? I've drank coffee many times before and this has never happened. The only thing I can think of is I was already somewhat sleep deprived and stressed before the coffee, but again that's been the case before!
