Keep UR foot moving I used a small heat pack it kept the foot warm. The blood flow should be ok with the meds. Any color change in the leg or foot call UR dr.

Good morning Hope, I put on sox last night whenI went to bed,but real or imagined leg pain kept me up thinking I was having a blot clot.....of course all ok in morning.....I think I was just having a bad day, feeling overwhelmed, alone, whatever..this morning does not seem to be better...maybe I should let myself have a cry and just take it day by day...thanks for listening...Patricia

Some post-op depression normal, but hope4cure correct in keeping the movement going.  Take an extra walk around the house or two.  Have someone else confirm the difference in foot temp BEFORE you put on sox or heating pad.  Those are for your comfort, but if there is a temp difference your surgeon must be notified immediately.  Let us know.
