Cold? Virus? Hormones?

Hi ladies , don't know if I have a cold, virus or it is my hormones. I ache in my knees and arms have ache headache do not sleep well going to loo for a wee about 3 times in the night

I am on hrt started Elleste Duet tablets a week ago. Was having side effects on my other ones , when I went to doctors about my hrt said that I did not need bloods doing because had them do beginning of the year all ok

All so have started to take menopace plus after my evening meal hoping they will help

Fed up of not feeling well

    I feel for you sweetheart I also feel ill all the time. But if you're taking all kinds of meds then that could be counteracting against one another. I would just stick to the hrt and just see how you get on with that darl hope you feel better soon x

    I'm not on HRT but have the aches which I thought was due to the cold weather--not sure.. Yesterday I had a dull headache and thought uh-oh sinus pressure. I took some IB Profens and used nose spray and it was better.It is the cold season so just take care--- rest and lots of green tea!

    I no what your saying hun I suffer with my sinuses all the time it's harendous and I ache all over sounds like we all need a good night out lol. But seriously I do feel for you hun.. when my sinuses play up I go light headed and everything darl bless you keep ya chin up darl x

    well i was feeling awful and put it all down to menopause . i knew something wasnt right as i was more fatigued than anybody i know .so after many blood tests duagnosed with epstein barr and chronic fatigue or mono .

    i know menopause is bad but not as bad as ive been suffering. so if it continues maybe get a blood test and have them check EVERYTHING!
