Confession Time......

Just wanted to confess to putting on 5 lb since 1 November. Lots of personal issues to cope with and a lot of business pressure....plus 3 weeks of no walking in frost and snow....and laziness in not taking time to exercise inside..and 3 birthday meals.....oh well, here I go again...back on track since yesterday. Sigh.....

Hi, dont be to hard on yourself  ,just look upon it as a learning curve,we all have a blip now again the key is to learn from it,so next time your tempted to sin just think back to how your feeling now and is it really worth feeling like this for, we've all done it. Goodluck, and remember that saying ''a minute on the lips,a lifetime on the hips'' x

don't be hard on yourself, its one small blip and you're back on track, you have recognised where your weak spots are. like you i also had put on weight between nov - end of dec, stress makes me want to eat all the bad foods like chippy, chinese, chocolate, then there were the xmas meals out and then i had a hand op 2 wks before xmas which took me out of the gym n workouts n with the poor weather i didnt dare venture out much for fear of slipping and busting my healing scar open - but like you i saw it wasn't good enough and got back on track

heres to a new year, our ongoing goal to our better, healthier selves, just think its better to realise theres a problem and correct it than to give up! well done for getting back on track, those 5lbs will come off in no time smile

Thanks everyone.....I don't want to go back to where I was at all....and was quite surprised to find that the little snap of a hill which is my guide to how fit I am proved to not be a problem. I have a wedding 'mother of the groom' outfit to get into for September - it hangs in the wardrobe and I will need to be about 10 stone to get into it....so that has had a lot of bearing on my getting back on track. Onwards and downwards.....
