Consistent backpain

Recently I've been having burning pain at the lower-top of my back. It'll start after half an hour or so of sitting up to play a game on my TV. It gets better when I lie down, but this makes gaming harder.

I cannot move the TV as there is nowhere else to move it. I sit on a half bunk bed to play (which has no back support) and the wall is too far away to lean against.

Anyone have any suggestions? Beginning to get fed up.

You back/neck is trying to tell you something and you need to listen to it or else you will regret it. Please for the sake of your neck/back make a change. Prehaps you can sit on the floor rather then the bed. The position you are describing is most likely pinching a nerve in your neck and it is being felt lower down your back. Before long it will stay pinched and it will become pain not just a burn. If you can't sit on the floor maybe you can bring in a chair to sit in. But do something. Don't continue sitting on the bunkbed.

The problem is that the TV is right at the top of the wall, so I wouldn't be able to see it if I were sitting on a chair or sitting on the floor

Nope just have a half bunk bed because I have a tiny room so it gives more room for my stuff below it

All I can suggest is to move the TV lower down etc. I am sure there is a way round this. perhaps ask for a bigger room?

Can you move elsewhere where you are comfortable?
