sorry you were feeling like this. Was the MDMA prescribed for you?

if you were checked out and everything is fine, then you can relax. It may be difficult at first but the more you practice relaxing the better you will feel..

you are most likely suffering from anxiety, which can cause sensations in the body for sure! Even when you feel like things aren’t real, that can also be caused by stress and anxiety. It’s called derealization, and it eventually wears off.

see if you can get some counseling it would really help you manage all of this.! You can’t stay in bed forever and that’s not good for you anyway. you need someone to talk to as soon as possible. take one baby step at a time. Get out of bed and go take a walk. Just a short walk to start with. Take a walk with somebody else if it makes you feel better but you need to get out of the bed . By staying in bed, you’re going to think too much and then that is going to cause more sensations in your body. So get that help from somebody. Preferably a counselor. You’re going to be all right.

thankyou so much for your reply im just in constant fear nearly every night it gets to a point were i nearly call the ambulance im also always checking my pulse and heart rate 100 times a day

constantly checking your pulse is actually going to make matters worse. Believe me I’ve been through this so much. When you worry and check your pulse that is sending a message to your brain that something is wrong.(when there’s actually nothing wrong.) however, your brain believes something is wrong, so it sends out adrenaline. Adrenaline will increase your heart rate and possibly cause other sensations in your body. It’s actually a protective thing for when you are actually in danger of something. For example, if a bear was chasing you, your brain would pump out adrenaline so that you can get ready to run. Your heart would receive more blood flow so you could take action. That’s just an example so, it’s important that you slow everything down in your mind and relax more. People can have very high heart rates and be perfectly fine , I guarantee that if you practice the breathing exercises, you will notice your heart rate going back down. Our thoughts can be our worst enemy !! fear is not reality. For some reason you are experiencing anxiety, which is causing all of this. Any symptom of anxiety is not harmful! I’ve been through anxiety for many many years, and I am still here! I had the racing heart and many other sensations a lot. you’re going to be fine but you need to learn how to calm yourself down and stop over thinking. It’s just making everything worse

get some exercise. that really helps relax everything and it sends out calming hormones in the brain. Take care. private message me anytime!

I also wanted to let you know that you are not alone. There are millions and millions of people going through the same thing. It’s extremely common, especially in today’s world. The number one reason that people get counseling is due to overwhelming anxiety. but it can definitely be managed better. Consider getting a little counseling to learn some ways to feel better

hi how are you feeling today? it is so difficult I've been struggling the same way on and off for a long time..mainly medical anxiety...trying to control your thoughts is easier said then done. Breathing techniques help me before I get up in the morning. Take care.
