Constant health and cancer worry (with symptoms)

Hey everyone, im 33 male, an ex heavy drinker (3 months sober) and since i quit my drinking all sorts of things have been happening. A month after i quit i had a full blood checkup which was fine but in the past week or so i have been getting odd vague nausea and pains in my upper abdomin. I went back to the docs and got another lot of bloods done (awaiting results) My worry is im not in a good way or that something has started happening.

I have had health anxiety all my adult life sad

Any help or advice would be super appreciated.

Even though your 3 months sober, (well done to you), your body is probably still detoxing, it takes time for the body to recuperate. You would have to be very unlucky to suffer long term damage at 33. Stay off the booze and eat healthy food, not processed stuff and I'm sure you will be fine. Hope your blood test proves you have nothing to worry about. Wishing you the best.
