I get it a lot to be honest. 1. Baths w Epsom salt 2. Valtrex 3. Pineapple 4. 3000mlgs of lysine during periods of symptoms and 1000mlgs daily 5. 3xs daily dose vitamin c. 6. Stay away from sugars, caffeine and alcohol till symptoms subside

Any symptoms such as tingling, itching, crawling feeling, burning, sensitivity, you name it, we are to take as a sign of being active. Be glad that is all you get, I wish I could. I was getting it a lot, random places both places and even back of buttock and thighs... It would last a few seconds. It was pretty constant for me, until I had an ob coming on while fighting a cold recently and doubled up in my valtrex a couple times and that was the most subdued I'd had since I've had this the last 6 months. I feel like I am always active because of these feelings. I don't think I've done a day yet since contracting this, even while on daily therapy, of jot having some sort of symptom. Tey using hydrocortisone.. Doubt it will do anything, as that's the virus in the nerves causing that. Is it non-stop? Do you take meds daily? Are you sick, under stress, sleep deprived?
