Well just come back from seeing consultant. After asking loads of questions and examining me he wants me to have full bloods done he wants my thyroid looking at and celiac also anemia Also have another camera can't remember what he called it but I do remember he said he wants to look at the left side were my pain is He thinks that I have overdone the fyber he suggested I stop and start all over again I must admit I think the same He also said if I am worried about going out and having problems I can take half a Imodium tablet to help

    Hi Susan,it sounds like he did a thorough consultation,are you happy with what he said?Thats what I do with the Imodium everyday.Im still waiting for my appointment to come through for another colonoscopyWas it called a sigmoidoscopy he recommended for you ?I hope you are happy with what he suggested.

      Yes I was happy Yes I think he did say a sigmoidoscopy he just want to look at the left side and take some biopsy of the diverticula. He wants blood to look at celiac thyroid I dont know when it will be done I didn't realise I could take half a Imodium I feel better know I can do that my daughter is getting married in July and I was worried I might get cought short Thankyou for your reply x
