Could it be herepes?? Been stressing myself for a week

For about a week now I have had what I think is thrush with the thick creamy like discharge I’ve also had a slight burning on my vulva and what feels like some swelling on my inner labia. I tried everything for the thrush which after using apple cider vinegar it helped a little for the small burning sensation. I haven’t had any open sores or lesions but I heard it’s possible to still have it and I’m worried sick about it because I just married this amazing man who I know for sure has 0 stds. I have had 1 other time one year ago that I thought was a severe thrush with burning feeling on vulva and swollen labia but eventually that went away with monistat. Do you guys think just thrush/BV or could be herpes?

P.s. I really admire all of you ladies strength with hsv and I hope that everything gets easier for all of you that are struggling with outbreaks

    Ok - And breath!!

If this is HSV then it can lie dormant in people who are not sure they have it and pass it on. It can lie dormant in you then activate.

The doctor I saw last Friday, said she had a 50 year old women in a 30 year marriage just come out in it.

Best thing is get to the doc or sexual health clinic. please don't over worry as you need your immune systems to keep strong.

ps to me sounds more like Trhush but get checked to be on the safe side.

I find the oral Thrush pill better when I feel like I have the above symptoms as you describe.

I know I want to go to clinic and get checked but I live in a country now where std clinics are not available and if caught with std can cause legal issues rolleyes I’m trying to get back to USA to do blood test but I’m hoping it’s just thrush.

Sounds like bv or yeast infection. Both annoying but curable.

I've had both. Herpes almost never has a discharge. But like everyone else has said. Give up the home remedies, get it checked out. Thrush can come back with vengeance so its most likely that.
